Worst service

Worst service I have ever received, and by the looks of it, I am not the only one complaining. Your courier never called but he was apparently at the gate now I need to wait longer. The driver is still doing deliveries today. I don't understand why he can not come back and CALL. Customer service wasn't helpful at all
