Worst Service - Don't understand why International Companies still use them.

Worst Service again. **** that order recipient was unavailable when I had to cancel my plans to wait for this delivery scheduled for the 06/12/2025. No one called or came to deliver. I am so angry at this point, Called came to a Charles (Female) who hung up on my call, the call was redirected to rate the service when I didn't get a service. At the end of the line, you can't even rate the service poor as you keep getting rerouted to rate the service. As I called again and again, you are asked to hold, told your numebr on the queue, as soon as you get to 1, their lines are all busy with no one to take the call. All calls are directed to their whatsapp line which is useless.
