Worst service delivery in SA

Awaiting my Parcel since the 14th December. No care for many South Africans who had plans for the this festive season!!!

Now suddenly closing up shop with a simple apology that does not even acknowledge any concern for you as the customer!!! Not impressed, there is absolutely no customer centricity in their values!!
