Worst service delivery delivery guys lying on the apps

Worst courier company My parcel was sent out for delivery 3 times this week First they said on the app the nr is wrong strange enough i get the messages on the nr they did nit phone then yesterday they put on the app the address cant be located i have ordered shein multiple times they were here multiple times but yet again no one even tried phoning for the location they said they handed it over to a third party dpd laser even worse as for i have still not received my parcel they 14 days was over already on monday so the parcel is a week late already Buffalo i want my parcel asap!!!
