worst service by BUFFALO LOGISTICS AND SHEIN

My parcel from Shein was received in Pretoria on the 09 Dec 2022 and today is the 19th still have not received my parcel. been trying to call them the whole week without luck, I finally got through to them today after holding for almost 2 hours and I was told that my order will be delivered in 48 hours tried to explain that I don't have 48 hours but the lady just gave m her word, no reference number whatsoever she even refused to give her surname. My daughter will be celebrating her birthday without an outfit thanks to Buffalo and Shein.
