Buffalo logistics you have the bad and the worst sergice ever. You are busy sanitaging us with no little shame. The amount of money we use to buy our products and pay customs for you to play mickey mouse with us.

How come you wait for entire 3 weeks to deliver and you turn around and say parcel lost? What must i do at this point? Request a shipment? Who is going to cover the customs cost? Your customer service does not even help anyone they just repeat the same thing over and over again.
