Worst service

This company has become such a irritation to me. They dont bother about communicating with people inspite of our frustration. My parcel has been in transit from 26 aug, prior to other issue we had. Everytime I call,(which takes literally 10-15mins to get through) they dont have a proper answer for me ...I am so frustrated...dont even know what step to take next
