Worst mistake I ever made by ordering from SHIEN

This company is the worst.I don't understand why SHIEN keep on using them . I made an order on 28 FEB and I'm still waiting for my parcel I try to get in touch with them SHIEN included but no one answered I want to know what is happening with my parcel and can I get refunded
