Worst logistics service ever

I ordered from Temu on the 17th March 2024 till today the 10th of April 2024 I haven't received my order and my parcel is with Buffalo. I tried all the channels to enquire but no luck. I sent emails, whatsapp, website and made calls, no one is answering. This is the worst logistics service ever. I am very disappointed. They said they have a concern with my order, then why are they not contacting me. I am so disgusted with their rotten service. I won't recommend anyone to use their services. Please bring my order, I paid customs for that, I don't owe anyone. Worst service ever. Here is my tracking number BUFZA***YQ
