Worst logistics ever !

I ordered two items over a month ago ( different parcels and from different places ) I still have not received both when I try to talk to customer service they end the call or are incredibly rude to me , and have not been helpful they said my one would only be delivered on Friday but I’m leaving next week Monday and I won’t be home for a month and with them there’s always delays so what’s going to happen with my parcels now , they just going to ***** it or keep it from me ?
