WORST LOGISTICS COMPANY WITH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They don't even deserve 1 star, they have bad customer service. I placed my order on shein 25 AUG 2024 and paid customs on 01 SEP 2024, when i track my order it says Shut-Out Return and when i track on the shein app it says package lost i tried whatsApp,calling and email then i did not get any reply when i whatsApp them they tell me that i did not pay tax whereas my status shows tax paid on their website and i have all the receipt i have send it to them but since they are using a robot on whatsApp i couldn't get any i answer i tried emailing still no reply when i call them they say they will get back to me my whole airtime ended before they even reached back at me. They are worst logistics company they don't reply nor communicate, i am really heart broken because i paid R415.48 and if they lost my order they should refund me i cannot just lose my money because of their carelessness. Again i repeat they are the worst logistics company they don't have good customer service.
