Worst logistics company out there

You can't even call this a courier company as they can't deliver on time or at all. They don't answer their phone's ever don't reply to emails or WhatsApp it's only a bot that goes in loops. No correspondence what so ever. I am waiting almost a month now for a parcel I paid for it the 28th of March and still nothing no one at this place knows what they doing. I have never experienced such terrible service actually they don't give any service at all
