Worst logistics company ever. Shein needs a new one ASAP.

I ordered from Shein On the 28th of April and I still have not received my items. When checking on Shein it shows that I have not paid customs which I did. I tried emailing and communicating with buffalo logistics through WhatsApp and have had no response. I have sent them POP and the status of my order still reads as not paid. No one is communicating with me or even trying to assist.
