Worst logistics company ever!

The absolute worst delivery company. Every single day I call and wait at least 30 minutes to talk to a "representative" that tells me that my parcel is with Fastway and will be delivered on that day, and every single day for the past 5 days it does not arrive. I am beyond angry because it is 8 days over the original ETA. I will not be ordering from SHIEN ever again because of the incompetence of buffalo.
