Worst logistics company ever

This is the wors logistic company ever... speak to 3 different agents all have different ETA and different feedback on where my parcel is one feedback said it was air shipped the 13th and will arrive the 23rd a plane in the air for 10 days incredible. The other one said it will be air shipped the 21st and ETA on the 24th now a day later. While in the mean time the tracking site still say customs paid. Best thing of all is my brother ordered a week after me from the same place his parcel already arrived cause he used Imile so if i can be of any help if you can choose your logistics company rather go for Imile
