WORST LOGISTICS COMPANY EVER!!!!

This is worst logistic company, They send me a message 4 days ago that my parcel is dispatched out for delivery, and I have still not received it, there is no update communication on status of delivery, I call every day now to no assistance...There is no communication of why order is not being delivered. This is really stressful, This Bufallo logistics really do not care about their customers....I would not advise any person to use them...I didn't even use them voluntarily...
