Worst logistics company Buffalo logistics

Very bad service from Buffalo logistics.

I got a call the morning while I was driving was not able to pick up. I then checked my tracking saying call not answered and parcel returned.

Other companies send an sms stating parcel out for delivery.

I recieved no updates to say parcel on its way.

Just a call from an unlisted number.

Now they claim it will be delivered in 72 hours and I must make sure someone is home.

Firstly someone was home and secondly how can you give such a big window time of 72 hours for delivery with no updates.

Truley horrible service, there watsapp channel is horrible as well.
