Worst Logistics Company , Bad Service

My order has been out of delivery since the 19th March, I purchased it from Shein on the 7th March, it is taking longer to be delivered to me than it took from Shein to SA, like serious I have never experienced such worst service, they don't pick calls or responds to emails.
