Worst logistic company in AFRICA

This is the worst logistics company in the whole of Africa, rude call centre agents, unanswered phone calls, useless email and whatsapp tracking service, the self-service option is the pits, and what is sad is we paid for these items we ordered abroad, they lie and get lost at their warehouse, their call centre is useless, this place should be shut down because our packages are getting lost in transit. It's been six weeks been waiting for a delivery, their driver claims to have called me and I did not answer, of which this is untrue as I received no call from them. we should report this company to an ombudsman or the public protector this is frustrating
