Worst experience with buffalo

I have placed an order on shein on the 14th March and all went well from Sheins side. The delivery of my package is where the problem lies. I have been waiting for delivery since 2 weeks now as my order update states out for delivery. I cannot get hold of buffalo nor do I get any response to my email sent. There has been no update on my tracking details since the 24th March. This has been by far the worst delivery experience with buffalo as this package I'm awaiting are Eid clothing and this order was placed well ina advance to avoid the Eid rush. Others who ordered after I did has received their packages and I'm still waiting on mine. I have contacted ITT logistics just to be told they do not have my package as stated on buffalo website. Truly disappointing and damn stressing me out
