Worst experience ever

This is the worst experience i have ever had with any courier company locally or international

The 3rd week in October my partner and i orders some clothing on Shein everything was handled very quickly on shein side we then got our request to pay our duty for our international parcel to the above company as we did then the first week in November the company's driver the arrived at the delivery address stating that he does not have the parcel with him and that it is with a nother driver of the company and that it then will be delivered the next day after a week we then called the above company asking what is going on when they then said we need to give them a proof of payment for our parcel that we already paid and they wil then deliver the parcel to us its now the end of November and after calls and excuse after excuse it is neatless to say we still not have a answer after them i then called them this morning and i demanded answers from the person i was talking to i demanded answers by Monday morning and then i was told i have to wait 48 hour for them to escalate the matter to the relevant department i them proseded to tel the lady that is the answer we get everytime we call them and that they need to let me know Monday morning

After that the call was dropped in my ear .

This is highly unprofessional and they dont want to help people and are sitting with the stock you already paid for this is not right.
