Worst experience by Buffalo 😢😢🥴

I ordered via SHEIN, when my parcel arrived at Buffalo warehouse i was excited. But my excitement was short lived when Buffalo came to my place to deliver without informing me, i then asked the driver to drop off my parcel 200 meters away from my house at my uncle's place. The driver refused and promised to come back the following day. I called the driver the next morning, to my surprise he told me that he doesn't have any deliveries scheduled for my location, so he will come the following day. It has since been over 5 days since they send me from pillar to post. I even wrote an email to *** but still they make empty promises.
