Worst Experience !

WORST possible service EVER !!! Wish I had option to select ZERO stars. My package should have been picked up on 11 December. Courier arrives without prior communication / arrangement (as indicated in emails). Received SMS in the morning that package will be picked up on 13, 14, 18, 19 December ... still waiting for the pickup. In the mean time I have to cancel appointments and meetings to be at home ... for nothing !!! Escalation via WhatsApp and emails ignored. Call Centre agents promise escalations and feedback ... still waiting. Cannot understand why International companies utilises this company ??
