Worst ever service BUFFALO INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS

Worst experience ever.I paid from their link using my bank card on the 16th February 2025 for products ordered via Temu still do date no goods received.I am being send from pillar to post regarding my payment whilst I have a full month bank statement for February reflecting the payment. No one seems to know the process of assisting a customer at the call centre.The lady I spoke too today said she can't confirm her surname for security reasons her Name is Ayanda.My concern is that when you make a payment via a business link you don't enter their bank details since you receive it from them after you are asked to prove after sending a bank statement the proof is rejectedThe goods were ordered on the 15th February 2025 . The worst service ever first time using it and will not advise anyone to use it very unprofessional.
