Worst delivery service

Horrible Horrible Service!!!!! My package got delivered to the wrong address, after I told the driver that is not my package! He said that is it a system fault, but he can't do anything about the it and can't deliver to my correct address. He said that I have to go and collect myself in Pretoria North, I stay in Pretoria East. When phoning multiple times, I said I should speak to management and when asking for the number, he dropped the call and blocked my number. I phoned from a different number, and he said that management is refusing to speak to me and that I should collect the parcel myself. I tried phoning Buffalo, spoke to someone and she said I need to phone a different customer number. I phoned and got put on hold for more than an hour. Still no help and my package is still missing.
