WORST delivery service

I wish I could give them a lower rating than 1. Worst experience ever.

They threw my parcel over someone else's wall and I have still not been able to locate my parcel. No one is willing to help find the damn parcel and they are not willing to refund. I will never buy from anyone using this courier ever again.
