Worst delivery company ever!!! No customer service

3rd time now when an order just gets canceled on the day and customer has to sit and wait for your useless company to deliver. Got a notification yesterday that my parcel is our for delivery, so I put all my plans on hold for your royal highness to show up. Nothing!!!! We phoned on Monday to ask and the only reply was if it is nit today then tomorrow??? ***!! Ask to speak to a manager and you get cut of conveniently.
