Worst customer service experience ever!

The worst courier company ever with rude agents, who don't even give a customer a chance to explain why they are calling. The worst ever. Wish companies using this courier services must stop working with them! Gosh it's our money, if possible everyone pls avoid them. How do you not give a caller a chance to speak or explain exactly why they calling. Wasting our airtime. No communication on whatsapp even.
