Worst Customer Service ever in the history of Customer Service

Buffalo couriers is not even worth one star. I placed my order on 6 Nov 2024 and paid for customs and Vat on 10 Nov 2024. To date i still have not received my order. I contacted the courier company and was told that my order is still in China, but I received an e-mail on 22 Nov 2024 saying my parcel was already delivered and received. This is the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of of seeing. Read through your own values - you are not living up to any of them - the worst, pathetic customer service ever!!!!
