Worst Customer Service Ever

I am so disappointed with the service.

I ordered my Shein package on the 17th of March. It arrived at the Buffalo Warehouse in SA on the 25th of March. From the 27th of March it has been in transit to the third party courier. I have contacted ITT couriers and they have not received the package, so it has not been handed over to them. I have called Buffalo multiple times, requested a consultant to contact me, chatted on Whatsapp and emailed. I have gotten no response from Buffalo. It’s like they avoid you. As for now I don’t know where my package is and Buffalo is not answering any form of communication or providing me with any answers.
