Worst customer service ever!!!!

This is worst customer service logistics company ever. The consultants if you ever get through to someone can never assist with an escalation. I was suppose to get my parcel on Saturday. Patiently waited for the items to arrive only to find out the driver *****ulently placed a status on items that I/client wanted to reschedule a delivery. Firstly no driver called me to confirm anything. Called customer service this morning 4 times and still no indication as to when my delivery will take place. And there is never a manager to speak for assistance. This very bad.
