Worst customer service even, my parcel still not delivered

This company is **** of **** they are holding my parcel for no reason it’s been 3weeks now and they are not allowing collect because of COVID, I tried calling they not answering , their whatsapp number has no response, no one is answering their emails, I don’t understand this, supplies must stop using this company it’s useless and unreliable,
