Worst Customer Service and my parcel been missing for a month!!!

I have been waiting 1 month for my parcel and every time I call to find out what is happening then I get a different story every time. First they couldn't find my parcel and now they have my parcel but every time I call they say 72 hours then I will receive my parcel. I have been waiting for more than a month now and this is ridiculous. I have never received such poor customer service from any company. Tracking Number: BUFZA***YQ
