Worst customer service

I ordered on Shein on the 23rd of October 2022, I paid the customs fee and it was shipped successfully to South Africa even got an sms notifying me that my parcel will be delivered however I still have not received it and when I inquire with Buffalo international logistics they said that my parcel is lost and I should inquire Shein. My problem is that Shein did not my parcel but buffalo logistics lost my parcel and they should be responsible for sorting it out.
