worst customer service

buffalo international has the worst customer service ever, i bought an item in china then paid the shipping fee, then they sent me a link to pay for the clearance fee then i did exactly that, when they request proof of payment i send them a statement showing the payment since proof of payment in a PFD formatt cannot be generated since its an international transaction at (capitec) still they dont want assist
