Worst customer service!

Worst service! I have been trying for 2 weeks to change my delivery address. I have called numerous times, am on hold for more than an hour and the one time I got through the lady was not very helpfull. She said that she will change the address, but apparently not because I keep on getting emails of failed delivery due to no one there and I am not answering. YES!! THATS WHY I WANT TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS, BECAUSE THERE IS NO ONE!! And I don't have any missed calls. I was on hold yesterday for 3 and a half hours! When I was caller number 3, the call cut and I couldn't get through again.
