Worst customer service

Buffalo has the worst customer service ever! You can call all their numbers and you won't get through to them. You can try their live chat and you'll never succeed. WhatsApp chat? Same WhatsApp group. They do deliver so I'll give them the 1 star for that but customer service is the most important. They failed to deliver my parcel to me when they called an alternative number instead of the main number. What's the main number for? What's worse is they contacted is via WhatsApp....WHATSAPP???? You've got to be kidding me! Better make sure you ALWAYS have data or they will return your parcel with a reason that you not reachable by phone. Wanna know what's worse? After a couple of days of failing to reach them, they will send you a link to reschedule your delivery where you have the option to choose a date, update your contact number and delivery address if needed. Guess what? I did exactly that...provided my MAIN number yet again and a different address. A prompt popped up asking me to confirm if my details are correct to which I confirmed. Lo and behold...the confirmation screen showed all the details. Meanwhile the delivery is scheduled for the following day being a Wednesday. I AGAIN made all efforts to contact them which were in vain but I eventually sent an email notifying them of this. What is their reponse? They will deliver my parcel NEXT WEEK!!!!!! The company operates until Saturday and the response was received Wednesday morning. From that Wednesday to Saturday COB, there is no holidays whatsoever that could affect operations. What's more, the following Monday is a holiday which means I should wait for a Tuesday or later which is a week of waiting already for a delivery scheduled for a day after. Meanwhile, I am going back to work then so who will be home to receive the delivery? Should I change my address to my work address and wait ANOTHER WEEK for my delivery? I purchased my order over a month ago already and here I am still waiting for delivery. They are exhausting. I couldn't even find any of their local addresses on their website because I was even considering fetching my order myself from their warehouse. If you don't want any issues with your delivery, try Aramex or other delivery companies...your stress levels and anxiety will thank you.
