Worst customer service

One of the worst logistics in South Africa I have been waiting for my Shein order for 3 weeks now and last update was on the 11/6/2024 saying is out on delivery until today i have not received anything and is day 7 no tracking update nothing this logistics is getting out of hand they don’t even respond to emails,calls or WhatsApp,They once made me pay for duties twice even today I never got my refund because they are unreachable
