Worst 'courier' service in SA.

Waited whole day at our business premises for delivery, no show. Only to see that the tracking website showed "Returned reason: office premises closed." I suspect driver never attempted to approach the gates where we were waiting. They didn't even attempt to contact via cell phone. After phoning their 'tracking' support people, they keep saying they cannot contact the drivers or do not have their numbers! They couldn't provide any answers or to arrange a time of delivery. I have never heard of a 'courier' company not being able to contact their drivers or make alternative arrangements. Requested a refund. Utterly useless!
