Worst courier service ever

Good day, i am having the worst ever service from a courier company ever. We live in a rural area and on a farm and to get to us is quite difficult. We had numerous parcels delivered from other online companies to us before with no hassles, but Buffalo is a nightmare. I am trying to reach their dispatch department but gets an AI machine answering and repeating the same questions. When pressing the number for a human agent to respond nobody ever resonds. My parcel has been returned to their wharehouse due to their driver not bieng able to follow the delivery instructions. I am trying to reach a human body to get the courier driver to contact me so i can assist him to reach my destination to no avvail.
