Worst courier service ever🤢🤮🤮

I made a pay on Wednesday for my parcel, it went through, Thursday I received an email saying I haven’t paid my tax , of which I did pay on Wednesday when I am sending them my proof of payment from the statement I got from the bank they do not want it. They stating that my statement from my bank doesn’t count I must send a pdf for something that was an eft … this company sucks!!!! I don’t know why SHEIN keep on using them
