Worst Courier service
It's the worst service and staff I have ever dealt with. If you email or WhatsApp or phone you get the same answer. I had a parcel out for delivery for 4 days now. It's shocking. Then I get message saying it's been returned due to bad weather, which is a lie. Your South African branch is pathetic
