Worst courier service

Wouldn't recommend the service provider to anyone, completely waste of time!! had ordered and I was informed that my parcel had been delivered and sign for meanwhile nothing was delivered on my doorstep and I also didn't agree to sign for anything. Called their customer services and I was told to wait for 48 hours still nothing had been delivered!! Shein should really do something about this, its people's money going down the drain I'm never ever purchasing from them or using their services completely waste of time!!!
