Worst courier service

A parcel has been booked for collection for over 2 weeks. I have called their call centre, sent emails. The response doesn't change, " They are going to assign a driver". If this parcel doesn't get collected in two days, Temu will automatically cancel the return request because it will be overdue. I will be stuck with the parcel.
