Worst Courier Experience: No Help, No Answers, Just Empty Messages

Buffalo Couriers has given me the worst service I have ever experienced. For over a week, I have been begging for help with a simple delivery issue, yet all I get are useless automated emails saying “delivery failed.” I sent the correct contact number early last week, but they ignored it completely.

Their phone line is a joke because after choosing the options, the call goes dead. No one answers. Their WhatsApp and chat are just as useless. There is absolutely no human assistance anywhere.

When I complained by email, they sent a lazy, copy and paste response telling me to download their app or use the same channels that do not work. They clearly do not care about customers or resolving real issues.

I still have not received my parcel because they refuse to communicate. This level of service is shocking, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. Buffalo Couriers needs a serious overhaul. I would not recommend them to anyone.
