Worst courier experience ever.

Waited for my parcel which was in transit from 07:01 in the morning. I waited at the delivery address the entire day with no calls or communication at all. The next thing I see that my parcel was returned to their warehouse because of wrong address. This is not thr first parcel I have received at this address. My address is not wrong. They are just useless. The transition was so smooth when Shein used ARAMEX for my parcel. What a well organised company. I still DO NOT have my parcel by the way and they do not know when I will get it😡🤬
