Worst Courier experience EVER!

If I was able to leave a no star rating I would without thinking twice. I am waiting for a month for my parcel to be delivered and nothing is happening. No correspondence from Buffulo or someone at Customs to tell me what is going on, why my parcel is being delayed for so long! I am extremely frustrated with the poor manner the process is being handled.
