Worst courier ever

Buffalo International Logistics is the worst company to work with when receiving parcels. Since Monday my shein order (BUFZA7ED17243A4YQ) has been out for delivery and at the end of the day gets canceled. Every time I've called the agents, all of them have a different story about why my parcel is not arriving. I am fed up with Buffalo, and advice to never use them.
