WORST COURIER EVER!

This is by far the worst Couriers ever. They delivered my parcel to the wrong placed. I'm trying to contact them, no answer, no reply. I've been on hold for 45mins. I tried the WhatsApp and still waiting on an active agent to get back to me after 5 hours, this is horrible. Would not recommend them. Sadly when you purchase online they make use of Buffalo and they can't keep track of where the drivers deliver parcels. All I wanted was feedback and they can't even provide me with that so we can sort it out. Clearly they lack the service and experience in providing a delivery service
