Worst Courier company I’ve ever dealt with

I have been struggling from the 4th of November to get my parcel from them, it is impossible to get a hold of their customer support or agents on the app, I have sent several emails to the support team regarding my order with minimal to zero reply, I just received a mail today stating that according to their system my parcel has been delivered but I have received nothing from them whatsoever, not a phone call nothing except every 2nd day that my parcel has been released for delivery and make sure you are there to receive your order….what order ???? They have 5000 bad reviews and only 2000 good ones on this site, shouldn’t that tell you something, it was my first time ordering from SHEIN and the last time, rather pay a little more and support local atleast you get your parcels and on time
